CURRENT PROJECTS
New Residential Housing
We are currently building houses for clients in various areas, Mooikloof, Samrand, Springs, Parys, Centurion and Serengetti
Shop Fitting
We have started a new section of the company concentrating on shop fitting for restaurants. We are currently bussy completing the Padbok Thai restaurant.
Retail Buildings
We have recently acquired two retail sites in Tembisa and Randfontein. We have started with new plans and renovations.
Future Developments
1) Vaalwater
We have been appointed to build luxury lodges across 11 000 hectares of game farm. This project will commence in December 2011.
2) Villiers
DGE will be starting the marketing and selling of 40 sectional title units along the Vaal River. We hope to break ground beginning 2012.
3) Route 21 Office Park
DGE will be building a 2200 sqm A++ grade office building starting beginning 2012.
4) Affordable Housing Project
We plan to join hands with a few development companies to build 9000 bonded houses in 5 years. Tis project will begin early 2012.
5) Kempton
DGE will be building residential apartments in 3 phases on Atlas Road in Kempton Park. The phases will consist of 142 units, 118 units and 158 units. This project should start late 2011
6) Rural Retail Developments
Rating from 8000 GLA to 35 000 GLA, all in the greater Gauteng area. It will be retail and office buildings.
